PNC Declares Dividend of $0.10

The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. PNC today announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents per share on the common stock. The dividend is payable Jan. 24, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 14, 2011.
