Albemarle Corporation ALB announced today that the company's Board of Directors has elected Scott A. Tozier as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Tozier will assume responsibility for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company's operations on February 1, 2011.
