Hospitality Properties Trust Announces Quarterly Common Dividend Of $0.45 (HPT)

Hospitality Properties Trust HPT today announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.45 per common share ($1.80 per share per year). This regular quarterly dividend will be paid to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 28, 2011 and distributed on or about February 23, 2011. Hospitality Properties Trust is a real estate investment trust, or REIT, which owns 289 hotels and 185 travel centers located in 44 states, Puerto Rico and Canada. HPT is headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts.
