Harris Corporation Team to Pursue Major Network Transport Services Contract

Harris Corporation HRS has teamed with other technology companies to pursue an anticipated five-year, U.S. Department of the Navy contract to provide network transport services for the Next Generation Enterprise Network initiative. NGEN is the latest version of the Department of the Navy's initiative to continuously evolve enterprise networks to provide secure data and services to Navy and Marine Corps personnel. Harris has teamed with CSC CSC; General Dynamics Information Technology, a business unit of General Dynamics GD; and Cisco CSCO for the pursuit.
