AmeriGas Partners Reports Q1 Net Income of $74.9M

AmeriGas Propane, Inc., general partner of AmeriGas Partners, L.P. APU, reported net income attributable to AmeriGas Partners, L.P. for the first quarter of fiscal 2011 ended December 31, 2010 of $74.9 million compared to $84.0 million for the same period last year. The Partnership's earnings before interest expense, income taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) was $113.3 million for the first quarter of 2011 compared to $123.0 million for the same period last year.
