C&F Financial Corporation Reports Q4 EPS of $.67

C&F Financial Corporation CFFI, the one-bank holding company for C&F Bank, today reported net income of $2.38 million for the fourth quarter of 2010, compared with $610,000 for the fourth quarter of 2009. Net income available to common shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2010 was $2.09 million, or 67 cents per common share assuming dilution, compared with $319,000, or 10 cents per common share assuming dilution, for the fourth quarter of 2009. The corporation's net income was $8.11 million for the year ended December 31, 2010, compared with $5.53 million for the year ended December 31, 2009. Net income available to common shareholders for 2010 was $6.96 million, or $2.24 per common share assuming dilution, compared with $4.40 million, or $1.44 per common share assuming dilution, for 2009.
