J.P. Morgan Retains C.H. Robinson Worldwide Neutral Rating (CHRW)

J.P. Morgan retained its C.H. Robinson Worldwide CHRW Neutral rating in a research report published today. J.P. Morgan has previously given C.H. Robinson Worldwide an $85 price target. In the report, J.P. Morgan states, "CHRW's 4Q10 EPS was in line with consensus, and comments on January trends were constructive. We expect CHRW to remain on a path of solid EPS growth over the next several quarters, but we also believe CHRW faces some uncertainty due to headwinds from compensation costs (increase in headcount and from restricted stock expense) and potential pressure on transportation segment gross margin if the TL market tightens quickly. We are comfortable being on the sidelines with a Neutral rating at the present time." Shares of C.H. Robinson Worldwide were at $78.20 in after-hours trading at the time of posting, reflecting no change from Tuesday's market close.
