CoLucid Pharmaceuticals Inc CLCD shares touched a new 52-week high of $19.078 after the company disclosed that its SAMURAI final stage study evaluating lasmiditan achieved both the primary and key secondary efficacy endpoints. The company claimed that lasmiditan was well tolerated.
Navistar International Corp NAV shares climbed 61.5 percent to touch a new 52-week high of $22.72 after the company disclosed a 16.6 percent stake by Volkswagen AG (ADR) VLKAY.
Spectra Energy Corp. SE shares rose 13.2 percent to touch a new 52-week high of $40.92. Enbridge Inc (USA) ENB and Spectra Energy Corp. agreed to merge in an all-stock transaction.
