Clearwire Corporation Announces Anticipated Filing of Registration Statement

Clearwire CLWR today announced that it anticipates filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or prior to March 8, 2011, an automatic shelf registration statement on Form S-3 to satisfy its obligation under the Registration Rights Agreement dated December 8, 2010, filed as Exhibit 4.3 to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Clearwire Corporation on December 13, 2010. Clearwire Corporation, Clearwire Communications LLC and Clearwire Finance, Inc. intend to designate the automatic shelf registration statement described above as the shelf registration statement required to be filed pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement.
