Whirlpool Corporation Declares Dividend of $0.43

The board of directors of Whirlpool Corporation WHR declared today a quarterly dividend of 43 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable March 15, 2011, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 25, 2011.
