American Campus Communities Inc. Reports Q4 EPS of $0.45 vs. $0.17

American Campus Communities, Inc. ACC today announced the following financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2010. Increased quarterly FFOM 33.2 percent to $30.9 million or $0.45 per fully diluted share compared to $23.2 million or $0.43 per fully diluted share in the fourth quarter prior year. Increased 2010 full year FFOM 31.1 percent to $93.9 million or $1.58 per fully diluted share compared to $71.6 million or $1.42 per fully diluted share for the full year 2009.
