Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Reports Q4 EPS of $0.07 vs. $0.07

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. MSO today announced its results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2010. The Company reported revenue for the fourth quarter and full year of $72.6 million and $230.8 million, respectively. Operating income for the fourth quarter of 2010 was $3.4 million, compared to $21.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2009 for the reasons noted above. Basic and diluted net income per share was $0.08 and $0.07, respectively, for the fourth quarter of 2010, compared to $0.38 and $0.37, respectively, for the fourth quarter of 2009.
