Rubicon Technology 6% Higher On Strong Earnings (RBCN)

Rubicon Technology RBCN spiked today over 6% higher than yesterday's close following strong earnings. Although post-market trading in the shares boasted only light volume, shares exchanged hands at decidedly higher prices after Rubicon Technology reported $0.64 versus the $0.50 EPS estimate. Rubicon Technology also guided Q1 EPS at $0.62-0.65 versus the $0.52 Street consensus, and revenues of $34-36M versus the $31.30M Street consensus.
