HMS Holdings Corp Reports Q4 EPS of $0.43 vs. $0.42

HMS Holdings Corp. HMSY today announced financial results for its fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2010. Revenue for the fourth quarter of 2010 increased 31.4% to $87.2 million, compared with $66.3 million for the same period a year ago. Net income increased 32.5% to $12.4 million or $0.43 per diluted common share for the fourth quarter of 2010, compared to net income of $9.3 million or $0.33 per diluted common share during the fourth quarter of the prior year.
