Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. to Acquire Woodbrook Underwriting Agencies

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. AJG today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the business and certain assets of Woodbrook Underwriting Agencies, Ltd. in London, England. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter 2011. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
