NovaGold Resources Inc. NG announced today that it has extended its offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Copper Canyon Resources Ltd. until 5:00 pm (Eastern time) on March 8, 2011.
Copper Canyon shareholders who tender to the offer will receive 0.0425 of a NovaGold share. All offer conditions remain unchanged.
