NovaGold Extends Share Offer to Acquire Copper Canyon

NovaGold Resources Inc. NG announced today that it has extended its offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Copper Canyon Resources Ltd. until 5:00 pm (Eastern time) on March 8, 2011. Copper Canyon shareholders who tender to the offer will receive 0.0425 of a NovaGold share. All offer conditions remain unchanged.
