M & F Worldwide Corp. Reports Full Year and Fourth Quarter 2010 Results

M & F Worldwide Corp. MFW today reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010.

Net revenues of $1,782.6 million, down $31.5 million, or 1.7%, as compared to 2009.

Operating income of $313.6 million, up $47.4 million, or 17.8%, as compared to 2009.

Net income of $120.9 million, up $1.2 million, or 1.0%, as compared to 2009.
