In a report published by Goldman Sachs, Darling International DAR had a great 4Q10 with an even better 1Q11 likely.
Goldman Sachs said that it reiterates its Buy rating on Darling International (DAR) following 4Q10 earnings. “The quarter reaffirmed the key pillars of our bullish view are very much intact: (1) near-term ag commodity inflation is driving robust profit improvement, (2) scale advantages and high barriers to entry support outsized mid-cycle margins and returns, and (3) continued progress on the renewable diesel JV with Valero presents attractive upside optionality.”
Darling International closed yesterday at $14.17.
