Dynex Capital, Inc. Announces Pricing of Common Stock Offering

Dynex Capital, Inc. DX announced today that it priced a public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $10.35 per share for total gross proceeds of $82.8 million.

The Company has granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on March 9, 2011.
