PharMerica Reports the Amending and Restating of Agreement with Kindred Healthcare Operating

PharMerica Corporation PMC today announced that the Master Pharmacy Provider Agreement with Kindred Healthcare Operating, Inc.has been amended.

Under the amendment, the parties agreed to contract terms effective January 1, 2011, through December 31, 2013. During the contract period, the contract is not subject to competitive bidding. The Company is maintaining its 2011 guidance.
