Piper Jaffray is reiterating its OW rating on The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. MHP and Moody's Corp. MCO.
“February debt issuance volumes remain solid, with 20%+ y/y gains in both the US and international markets based on preliminary data,” Piper Jaffray writes.
“We remain bullish on Moody's and the S&P division of McGraw-Hill in the context of attractive fundamentals (including an upward bias in estimate revisions), manageable regulatory risk, and fading litigation concerns.”
The McGraw-Hill Companies closed Friday at $38.13; Moody's Corp. closed at $31.73.
