ESCO Technologies Inc. ESE today announced that it has acquired EMV Elektronische Messgerate Vertriebs-G.m.b.H., together with its subsidiary EMSCREEN Electromagnetic Screening G.m.b.H.

EMV, with operations in Taufkirchen, Germany, provides turnkey systems and shielded environments for research, development and quality assurance testing of electronic equipment.
