AmerisourceBergen Corporation ABC today announced that Chief Executive Officer R. David Yost will retire from the Company on July 1, 2011. The AmerisourceBergen Board of Directors has named Steven H. Collis, age 49, to succeed Yost, also effective July 1, 2011.
