A-Power Energy Generation Systems, Ltd. APWR shares are up 6.2% in pre-market trading to $5.29. Suntech Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (ADR) STP shares are up 2.9% in pre-market trading. Trina Solar Limited (ADR) TSL shares are up 70 cents in pre-market trading to $26.70, a gain of 2.7%. LDK Solar Co., Ltd. LDK is up 4.5% this morning as well.

Other solar names will continue to move higher as long as this issue continues to gather headlines, which it will be for the foreseeable future.
