NYSE Bid Could Be As High As $13 Billion (NYX, NDAQ)

The Wall Street Journal is out with some news on the potential bid for NYSE Euronext NYX by the Nasdaq NDAQ.

The bid "could be valued at as much as between $10 billion and $13 billion," which implies a share price of $38.28-$49.77.

Shares of NYSE Euronext are currently trading at $37.22, up 67 cents or 1.8%.
