Fast Money Picks For March 16th (FCX, XOM, CBI, LUNMF, RMBS)

Jon Najarian wants to buy Rambus Inc. RMBS. He explained that it has just extended its license agreement with Toshiba. Rambus Inc. RMBS fell 2.14% in the regular trading session, and it spiked 7.88% in the after hours.
