The Vetr crowd on Wednesday downgraded its rating for Blackline Inc BL from 4.5 stars (Strong Buy), issued two days ago, to 3 stars (Hold). Crowd sentiment at the time of the downgrade was generally cautious, with 66 percent of Vetr user ratings bearish.

The downgrade comes the same month the company breached the $30 level. The software company continued to push higher through most of April, reaching an all-time high just above $33. It has since retreated and closed today at $32.66.
