Schiff Nutrition International Reports Q3 EPS of $0.14 vs $0.13 Schiff Nutrition International, Inc., WNI, today announced results for the fiscal 2011 third quarter ended February 28, 2011. For the third quarter of fiscal 2011, Schiff Nutrition's net sales were $57.7 million, compared to $53.3 million for the same period in fiscal 2010. Schiff Nutrition reported net income of $4.0 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, compared to $5.7 million, or $0.20 per diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2010. Included in net income for the third quarter of fiscal 2011 are $1.9 million in expenses primarily related to the CEO transition.
