Top Narrow Based Indexes For March 22 (REE, PRAN, CAR)

By 10:28 am, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 2.01 points, or 0.02%, to 12,034.52, while the broader Standard & Poor's 500 index had fallen 1.24 points, or 0.10%. The NASDAQ composite index dropped 3.64 points, or 0.14%. Some of the narrow based indexes that are still afloat in the markets are Rare Earth Stocks, which have gained 6.2%, Australia Stocks and ADRS, up 3.2%, and Vehicle Rental Stocks, moving 2.6% higher as a group. In Tickerspy's Rare Earth complex, Rare Element Resources Ltd REE had surged 10.8%. REE had $67.12 million in total cash and no debt for the recent quarter. The best performing Tickerspy Australia Stocks and ADRS stock has been Prana Biotechnology Ltd PRAN, which was up 45.5%. PRAN announced new data on its drug PBT2 for Alzheimer's disease.
