URS Awarded FEMA Technical and Research Services Contract Valued up to $35M

URS Corporation URS today announced that it has been awarded a contract by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide technical and research services to the agency's Federal Insurance and Mitigation Administration's Risk Reduction Division. The contract has a one-year initial term, followed by four one-year option periods, and has a maximum value of $35 million to URS, assuming all of the option periods are exercised.
