The Nebraska Medical Center Signs with MedAssets for Spend and Clinical Resource Management Solutions

MedAssets, Inc. MDAS announced today that The Nebraska Medical Center has signed a multi-year agreement for spend and clinical resource management with the company to drive sustainable performance improvement as healthcare reform pressures margins and lowers reimbursement. NMC will implement MedAssets' strategic sourcing and group purchasing (GPO), medical device and clinical consulting services for physician preference items (PPI), as well as the company's pharmacy consulting services.
