Scholastic Reports Q3 EPS of $(0.68) vs. $(0.22)

Scholastic Corporation SCHL today reported results for the fiscal 2011 third quarter ended February 28, 2011. Revenue for the third quarter was $393.7 million compared to $398.8 million a year ago. The Company reported a loss per share from continuing operations of $0.81 versus a loss of $0.12 in the prior year period, which results included one-time expenses of $0.13 and $0.08 per share, respectively.
