Ford Motor Company F will release its March 2011 U.S. sales results at approximately noon ET Friday, April 1, 2011. At 1 p.m. ET, George Pipas, Ford U.S. sales analyst, will host a conference call for the investment community and news media to discuss the results and related market trends.
