Benzinga's Top ETF Decliners, March 28th (URA, BAL, EPU, UCO)

Global X Uranium ETF URA fell 5.16% on Monday as the uranium stocks traded lower on renewed radiation fears. Investors believe that the problems in Fukushima nuclear plant could lead to lower global demand for uranium. iPath Dow Jones-UBS Cotton Subindex Total Return ETN BAL dropped 4.83% today as cotton futures traded more than 3% lower. BAL closed at $100.57, and it had a volume of 149K traded shares. iShares MSCI All Peru Capped Index Fund EPU traded 4.72% lower, and in the space, Southern Copper Corporation (USA) SCCO fell 2.59%. Credicorp Ltd. (USA) BAP is also a component of the MSCI All Peru Capped Index, and it dropped 2.98% on Monday. ProShares Ultra DJ-UBS Crude Oil UCO lost 3.59% today on the news that oil exports from Libya could resume this week. UCO closed at $53.88, and it had a volume of 1.83M traded shares.
