- H & R Block Inc (NYSE:HRB) reported stronger-than-expected earnings for its fourth quarter and raised its quarterly dividend to $0.24 per share. H & R Block shares rose 10.60 percent to $29.85 in after-hours trading.
- Analysts are expecting Motorcar Parts of America, Inc. (NASDAQ:MPAA) to have earned $0.6 per share on revenue of $113.70 million in the latest quarter. Motorcar Parts will release earnings before the markets open. Motorcar Parts of America shares gained 0.35 percent to $28.60 in the after-hours trading session.

- Culp, Inc. (NYSE:CFI) reported upbeat results for its fourth quarter and announced a special dividend $0.21 per share. Culp shares slipped 1.54 percent to close at $32.00 on Tuesday.
- Analysts expect Jabil Inc (NYSE:JBL) to post quarterly earnings at $0.29 per share on revenue of $4.41 billion after the closing bell. Jabil shares rose 0.49 percent to $31.00 in after-hours trading.
