Dana Names Roger J. Wood Its New CEO

Dana Holding Corporation DAN today announced the appointment of a new chief executive officer and president, Roger J. Wood, effective April 18. Wood is a long-time employee of BorgWarner Inc., where he has been an executive vice president, and group president and general manager of its Engine Group.
