Textron's Greenlee Acquires Majority Stake of Shanghai-Based Endura Tools

Greenlee, a Textron Inc. TXT company today announced that it has acquired 51 percent of Shanghai Endura Tools Company, Ltd., a provider of hand tools for the home center, construction, industrial manufacturing and automotive channels. Based in Shanghai, China, Endura employs approximately 140 people and has been growing its presence in the Chinese tool market since being established in 2004.
