Chaikin Analytics Solves One Of The Biggest Problems For Traders

The company’s flagship product is its Power Gauge Rating, a 20-factor model that combines fundamental and technical factors to deliver easily understood stock ratings to its users.

At the 2017 Benzinga Global Fintech Awards, Chaikin Analytics CEO Marc Chaikin explained that in his decades-long Wall Street career, he found that the biggest problem faced by both institutional land retail traders was generating new and successful trading ideas. During the event, Chaikin demonstrated the real world success of the Power Gauge by identifying stocks likely to outperform or underperform the market over the next three to six months.

The Future:

Chaikin Analytics’ newest innovation is the Chaikin Stock Discovery Engine. Like a Pandora for stocks, it delivers personalized trading ideas with one click of the mouse, based on any stock you specify. Chaikin Analytics and Pandora both use what Marc Chaikin describes as a “relevance-based discovery engine to personalize ideas to you.”

Chaikin noted that the platform takes in over 60 different data points and is powered by a quantitative model based on 20 different factors. “If you take relevance-based stock discovery, add in alpha-generating intellectual property, you come up with profitable stock ideas,” he said.
