Bank Of Ireland Needs 5 Billion Euros (IRE)

A headline just came over the wires saying that the Bank of Ireland IRE may need as much as 5 billion Euros according to the European Union stress test results. The Irish Central Bank is going to publish the bank's capital needs tomorrow. Shares of IRE are down 7 cents to $1.76, a loss of 3.8% on this news.
