today released earnings for 2010. Fourth quarter revenue was $10.9 million, representing a growth of 89% over the fourth quarter 2009. Net income was $1.3 million, or $0.57 per share, for the fourth quarter 2010 compared to net income of $13.4 million, or $7.49 per share, for the fourth quarter 2009. However, 2009 net income was significantly higher due to the recognition of a $16.5 million non-cash gain associated with a change in the previously recorded warrant liability.
