Irish Regulators Says Four Banks Need 24 Billion Euros (IRE)

The Irish Regulators says Four EU Banks Need $EU 24 billion More Capital, including the Bank of Ireland IRE. The Bank of Ireland needs to raise 5.2 billion euros of new capital. Allied Irish Bank needs to raise 13.3 billion euros.
