Irish Stress Tests Released (AIB, IRE)

The Irish central bank has released the stress tests for its four banks, and the banks need a collective 24 billion Euros in capital. The Bank of Ireland IRE needs 5.2 billion Euros, Irish Life needs to raise 4 billion Euros, EBS needs to raise 1.5 billion Euros, and Allied Irish Banks (NYSE; AIB) needs to raise 13.3 billion in capital.
