Franklin Covey Co. FC today announced financial results for its fiscal second quarter ended February 26, 2011. Net sales for the quarter totaled $35.5 million, an increase of 19% from $29.8 million reported in the second quarter of the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA increased 78% to $3.6 million from $2.0 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2010. EPS $0.02
