Charlie Munger Told Buffett Of BYD Stake -Bloomberg (BYD)

Charlie Munger, Vice-Chairman of Berkshire Hathaway, works alongside Warren Buffett. His investment in Boyd Gaming BYD was cited last week by former Berkshire manager David Sokol in a CNBC interview as precedent for his purchase of Lubrizol shares before recommending the company as a takeover target to Buffett. Charles Munger says, "I told Buffett of BYD stake, stayed out talks... I recused myself from Berskshire discussions on BYD."
