BlackRock BLK today announced that Thomas K. Montag, President of
Global Banking and Markets at Bank of America, has joined the Company's Board
of Directors. Concurrent with Mr. Montag's appointment, Sallie Krawcheck and
Mark Linsz have left the Board.
