Jacobs Receives Contract for Transportation Study in The Netherlands

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. JEC announced today that it is one of three transportation consultants to receive a contract from Werkmaatschappij Almere-Amsterdam (WAA) to develop a transportation concept study and business case for the IJmeerverbinding public transport corridor over the IJmeer (IJ-Lake) east of the City of Amsterdam. Jacobs is executing the project from its offices in London, England in partnership with Dutch management consultants APPM and design bureau POSAD.
