Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. AJG today announced the acquisition of Old Greenwich Consulting Group located in New York City, New York. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Old Greenwich Consulting Group offers employee benefit consulting and brokerage services, including life insurance and group benefits, for their middle-market clients in the Eastern United States.
