Pharmerica Corporation PMC is continuing its earlier strength, now gaining more than 8%. Earlier, Benzinga wrote that the company was up sharply on news that the company had announced a buyback program for approximately 10% of the company late last month. Shares of PMC are gaining 69 cents to trade at $8.63. Volume is also particularly strong today, trading 720,000 shares, when the average is 675,000 shares traded.
