Pavilion Launches Ambassador Program, Onboards Prominent Leaders to Advocate Mission of a Better Way to do Business

The new program will help teach members that it's possible to succeed in business when you build long-term relationships rooted in mutual support and reciprocity

NEW YORK

Pavilion, the leading private membership for high-growth leaders, today announced the launch of the Pavilion Ambassador Program, an initiative designed to help organically develop its community and provide members with unique leadership advice from more than 50 leading Go-To-Market (GTM) executives from companies like Square, Klaviyo, Electric, Bite, and more. Pavilion Ambassadors will be able to share expertise and insights directly with the Pavilion community, which currently consists of more than 8,500 international members from every revenue function, at every level of expertise, and within all sizes of organizations.

The Pavilion Ambassador position is designed for executive-level and C-suite professionals who support Pavilion's vision and mission of establishing a new way to conduct business based on mutual support, reciprocity of knowledge and long-term relationship development. Ambassadors will be able to connect one-on-one with other experts and thought leaders through Ambassador-only messaging channels and get the chance to attend private dinners, premium events and Pavilion-hosted conferences.

Ambassadors will be tasked with teaching lectures for Pavilion University, which offers members a variety of schools and courses that provide the resources needed to strategically advance personally and professionally. They will also be responsible for speaking at virtual and in-person Pavilion events, mentoring and developing relationships with members, and guiding Pavilion's strategy as it continues to expand its offerings.

"As a member-first community we prioritize finding new, creative ways to help members identify problems and present solutions to anything hindering professional development," says Sam Jacobs, Founder and CEO of Pavilion. "This program will do just that as Ambassadors are coming from prominent companies and bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and experience to share."

"I was a founding member of Pavilion, because their core values align with my own–empowering others through knowledge sharing," said Andrea Kayal, Chief Marketing Officer at Electric. "As an Ambassador, I will be able to give even more which will help others to unlock the value of community–a resource that has been instrumental in the advancement of my own career."

The launch of Pavilion Ambassador follows recent company announcements including Pavilion's Elevate Roadshow 2022, a nine-city tour of the nation's top business centers, and Premium Pavillion, an exclusive community designed to help C-suite individuals navigate the various challenges associated with leading and growing their companies. The company is in the midst of hypergrowth and is continuing to expand its programs and offerings to best support its members through all aspects impacting career development.
