US Digestive Health ("USDH"), a network of top-rated gastrointestinal (GI) practices managed by US Digestive Health Management ("USDH Management"), a management services organization created to expand access to high-quality, low-cost gastroenterology care, announced the hiring of eight new physicians to its clinical team in 2022.
"We are a rapidly expanding organization, and our goal is patient satisfaction," said Jerry Tillinger, CEO of USDH Management. "We offer a unique business model that is compelling to doctors looking to grow while maintaining clinical independence. We allow our specialists to focus more on clinical matters and less on administrative tasks, encouraging them to stay on the cutting edge of the digestive healthcare field."
The eight new physicians added to the USDH clinical team in 2022 join a thriving practice with over 29 locations and more than 200 physicians and specialists currently operating throughout southeastern, southwestern, and central Pennsylvania, and most recently Delaware.
"Our physicians have performed more colonoscopies, diagnosed more colorectal cancer, and saved more lives than any gastroenterology practice in the Northeast," said Dr. Dale Whitebloom, Chief Medical Officer of USDH. "We're thrilled to add this group of accomplished physicians to our team so that we may continue to provide easy and convenient access to comprehensive digestive healthcare to more patients."
The group of new physicians joining USDH include:
- Dr. Hassan Borghei, D.O, Royersford
- Dr. Ryan Urbas, D.O., Malvern
- Dr. Heather Jewel Gerst, D.O., Lancaster and Lansdale
